Research interests

I’m interested in aspects of population biology and evolutionary biology, and in particular the interface between these two fields. How do environmental factors influence life histories and thereby population dynamics? How are population growth and extinction risk influenced by population structure? I work with empirical data from seal populations and with theoretical approaches.
